Since 1964, Maina's high quality products have been made using traditional methods, an ancient recipe, and carefully selected genuine ingredients, without preservatives or colorants.  Their passion for quality shows as they are one of the few companies left that uses natural leavening (for more than 2 days), and pure sour dough offering their customers Panettone with unique softness, digestibility and flavor.  Even cooling is a slow natural process - left to cool upside down to maintain its classical dome shape for more than ten hours.
