Complimentary Gift Wrap | We offer complimentary gift wrapping on MOST items - excludes beverage cases and bulk items. For your convenience, items in our store contains the gift wrapping options below.
- Gift wrap options – click on the drop-down list to select what item(s) you would like wrapped. Your options are: wrap just this item, wrap all items together, or wrap this items with additional items. Note: There is no need to add this option to every item if wrapped together.
- Wrap with additional item(s) – use this box to list items that you would like wrapped together. This box is only needed if you want more than one item wrapped but not your full shopping cart.
- Gift Message – Please type exactly how you want the gift card message and signature to appear. Only need to fill out once per gift, regardless of the number of items included.
- Delay shipment until – if you are shopping now for a future event or date, we can hold your order until the requested shipment date. (Note: this will delay shipment of everything in your shopping cart.)
Free Shipping | Free shipping is available on most orders over $195.00! (Exception: orders weighing over 35lbs will be offered discounted shipping rates based on weight - up to 300lbs.) We will select the carrier (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) depending on transit time and shipping costs. Delivery of free shipping orders can be expected in 5 – 10 business days. NOTE: orders over 300lbs, wholesale or wholesale-like orders will be requoted on an individual basis. Shipping address must be within the United States.
Shipping Charge | Shipping charges are determined by the actual shipping costs (weight and zip code). Our website is integrated with real-time shipping quotes from FedEx and USPS. After payment information is collected for your order, you will have the opportunity to select from a number of shipping options, including: ground, 2-day, and overnight.
Shipping Locations | Shipping is available to the full United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Shopping Cart Estimated Shipping | Our system automatically calculates the least expensive shipping option - according to weight and zip code - even though it may not be appropiate to your specific order (i.e. FedEx Ground versus FedEx Home Delivery)
Shipping Disclaimer | We can not be held responsible for packages once they leave our facilities. However, we will assist our customers with shipping carrier issues; including - but not limited to - contacting carrier, providing information, package tracking, claim filing, and order replacement.
FedEx Ground | Commercial addresses only. Residential deliveries must use Home Delivery if you select a FedEx non-expedited shipping option.
Processing and Delivery Time | Normal processing time on orders is two business days, however there maybe circumstances that delay processing time. Overnight shipping will be processed either the same day (orders before noon) or next day. Estimated delivery times from date of order are below:

Out of Stock Message | When items are marked "Out of Stock", and include a price of $.01, they are unable to be ordered at this time. We still offer the item, however it will be more than one week before our stock is replenished. Note: We will not honor the $.01 price, it is merely a place holder so the item is still viewable online.
If the "Out of Stock" message is included with the actual price, you can order the item, however there maybe up to five additional processing days before our stock arrives to fulfill your order.
In-Stock Notification: Please click on the notification link and provide the required information (item, email address, and first name) and we will notify you when the specific item is back in stock.
Return Policy | We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality products you purchase from this site. Please email, fax, or call us with any defective product packaging or other concerns as soon as possible. Note: Once open, food items can not be returned. Unopened food returns are handled on an individual basis. Replacement item, restocking fee, or store credit may apply.
Bill to/Ship to | If your "ship to" address is not the same as your "bill to" address, we may require more information such as a signed receipt.
Sales tax | Wisconsin residents must pay 5.5% sales tax on taxable goods, such as: sparkling water, juice, candy, etc. All other grocery items are tax-free.
