Due to its location, Sicily has long history of fertile soil, pleasant climate, natural beauty, and an intense way of life that is lived hard and in the moment. 

Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil | Usually green to deep green in color, Sicilian extra virgin olive oil is somewhat grassy and robust like a Tuscan oil; however, it is generally rounder and has a more pronounced fruit flavor and touch of pleasant bitterness – often with hints of fresh herbs, almonds, or artichokes. Perfectly paired with fresh greens, grilled vegetables, soups, pasta, seafood, grilled fish, and roasted meats.
