Umbrian Extra Virgin Olive Oil | Umbrian olives are grown exclusively on the hillsides of the region and the special climatic conditions of Umbria allow the fruit to ripen gradually and maintain a very low acid content. The resulting extra virgin olive oil ranges from green to yellow and is slightly fruity oil with a pepper kick with undertones of artichokes.
