Acetaia Leonardi 15 year Condimento Balsamic Vinegar is aromatic of molasses, highly viscous, tasting of raisins and prunes. Pour this balsamic vinegar over grilled flank steak, pork loin, fish, cheeses, fruit salads, ice cream or yogurt.
Acetaia Leonardi 20 year Condimento Balsamic Vinegar is aromatic of caramel and raisins, with a clean aftertaste. Ideal on just about everything including: grilled vegetables, salmon, meats, pasta, risotto, chips, cheese, salami and other cured meats, ice cream, fresh berries...even chocolate.
Acetaia Leonardi 30 year Condimento Balsamic Vinegar has hints of roasted almonds, with undertones of cherry and cognac. Drizzle the balsamic over roasted meats, smoked fish, risotto, Cavier, Foie Gras, mature cheeses, warm porcini mushroom, ice cream, fresh berries, chocolate, or a teaspoon at the end of the meal as a digestive.
