Dolciaria Balconi, established in the 1950s, is a confectionary manufacturer located north of Milan, Italy specializing in the production of cake confections. The firm prides itself in producing products at consistently high levels of quality.  Trancetto snack cakes are individually wrapped soft sponge cake slices filled with delicious low-fat filling.  We offer three different flavors:

Trancetto Chocolate (Cacao) | filled with chocolate filling
Trancetto Apricot (Albicocca) | filled with apricot cream
Trancetto Strawberry (Fragola) | filled with strawberry and yogurt cream.
