Ladyfingers, known in Italy as “Savoiardi”, are sweet, dry, finger-shaped biscuits or cookies from the Piemonte region of Italy. Often used in making the classic Italian dessert – Tiramisu, they are also delicious with mascarpone cheese, or dipped in chocolate.
