Bonini Condimento Affinato is aged in wood barrels for at least 12 years until smooth and balanced. This perfectly aged balsamic vinegar - made with the same organic grape must as their Traditional Balsamic of Modena DOP - is perfect to use everyday on salads, raw and cooked vegetables, meats, fish, risotto, fruit, and even gelato. We definitely suggest using this amazing condimento balsamico after any heat/cooking process. Bonini's condimento (family) balsamic vinegars are produced in the traditional way of the Modena area - without the addition of wine vinegar (IGP) - with typical local grapes and a slow acidification of the cooked must.

Both sizes Bonini's Condimento Affinato are packaged in a matte black box and include a hand-blown glass bottle stopper with pourer.
