This condimento balsamic vinegar - produced following the same rules and utilizing the same organic grape must as it's more herald twin, Traditional Extravecchio Balsamic of Modena DOP - has a smooth density and is unparalleled on all meats, fruits, desserts, and is an excellent digestivo. To enjoy this amazing condimento balsamico to it's fullest - lightly drizzle on after any heat/cooking process.
Bonini's condimento (family) balsamic vinegars are produced in the traditional way of the Modena area - without the addition of wine vinegar (IGP) - with typical local grapes and a slow acidification of the cooked must.
Condimento Stravecchio is packaged in a matte black box and include a hand-blown glass bottle stopper with pourer.
