CUSTOMER SERVICE and ASSISTANCE


Since we opened our "virual" doors in 2007, we have strived to provide you the best products and the best customer service.  Below we have compiled information to our most asked questions - but please, contact us either by email, the contact form at the bottom of this page, or phone if we can assist you further.

We want to be your "neighborhood" market...on the web.




SECURITY & ACCOUNT INFORMATION | You can create a secure account on our online store to keep and view all your ordering information, including addresses, default payment information, order history, and tracking information.  We do NOT sell our customer addresses to anyone, and only use your email for order notifications and our monthly newsletter (which you can opt out of at anytime).


ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT | Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.  Personal checks are not accepted, however if you contact us directly, we can approve the use of a business or bank check.


PHONE ORDERS | Aren't comfortable ordering online - or have additional questions - call us!  Our Customer Service Reps are happy to help.


GIFT WRAPPING | We offer gift wrapping on MOST everything - excluding beverage cases and bulky items.

How do I know if an item can't be wrapped?  If an item can be wrapped, you will see "Gift Wrap Available" listed under the price and SKU on each product page.  Once items are in your shopping cart, available gift wrapping is also noted on each item in your shopping cart by a "gift tag" and link to add it.

How do I add gift wrap?  Gift wrapping in done after you have added items to your shopping cart.  Just click the "Add" gift wrap button, and follow the instructions.  You can also view a sample of our wrapping.

Do I need to add gift wrap to EVERY item?  Only if you want them all wrapped separately.  Just add it to one item and we will wrap everything together.

What if I don't want everything wrapped in my cart?  Add the gift wrap to one item, and let us know in the "Custom Message" area OR in the Additional comments during order confirmation which items we should include in the gift.  The remaining items will be shipped unwrapped.

Can I wrap two or three gifts on one order?  Definitely.  Just add the gift wrap to one item that you want in each gift...then give us detailed instructions (either in the ""Custom Message" area or Comments during order confirmation.  If we have any questions - we will email you for clarification.  You can even ship each gift to a different address (see shipping information below)

What does it cost...and what does it include?  Our signature wrap includes a sturdy box, sage green paper, brown and tan raffia, and a customizable gift card.  $2.50 per gift

Can I just add a gift message without gift wrap?  Not a problem at all!  Just add the custom message to the "additional comments" box while completing your order and we will make sure to include it in the box - free of charge.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Rates | We are integrated for real-time rates, direct from the carrier, based on weight and zip code.

Shipping Carriers | FedEx and USPS

USPS Express Mail | orders before noon are processed and shipped the same day and delivered the next day to most locations.

USPS Priority Mail | order are normally processed in 1 to 2 business days and transit times are normally 2 to 3 days depending on location.

FedEx Overnight | orders before noon are processed and shipped the same day and delivered the next day.

FedEx 2-day | orders bore noon are processed and shipped the same day - delivery in two business days.

FedEx Ground | order are normally processed in 1 to 2 business days.  See map below for transit times.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU | If we can find a better rate - within the same shipping carrier that you selected - we will notifiy you via email.

Shipping Locations | Shipping is available in the United States, Canada (up to 50 lbs), Puerto Rico - and some European countries. We will notify you via email if we have any questions - or with any possible rate changes due to customs (International shipment only).  Please email us, if an international rate is not available online. We sometimes handle international shipping on an individual basis. 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses | It is now VERY easy to ship items in your shopping cart to different addresses.  Once your cart is complete - click "Check out with Multiple Addresses", directly below the "Proceed to Checkout" button.  INSTRUCTIONS: Add or select billing address.  Add all shipping address (one at a time) if not already available by clicking "Add a New Shipping Address".  Then select the shipping address for each item.  You can select different shipping carriers for each address.

Shipping Disclaimer | We can not be held responsible for packages once they leave our facilities. However, we will assist our customers with shipping carrier issues; including - but not limited to - contacting carrier, providing information, package tracking, claim filing, and order replacement.

Delayed Shipping Option | If you would like to delay shipping beyond our normal two day processing time, please let us know in the "Additional Comments" section before you complete your order.  The date that you list (or the closest business day) will be the date that it ships from our warehouse.

Free Shipping | We are still trying to fiqure this option on our new software! We hope to have it available very soon! Our prior guidelines were as follows: Free shipping is available on most orders over $195.00! (Exception: orders weighing over 35lbs will be offered discounted shipping rates based on weight - up to 300lbs.) We will select the carrier (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) depending on transit time and shipping costs. Free shipping orders are normally processed within 2 to 3 business days. NOTE: orders over 300lbs, wholesale or wholesale-like orders will be requoted on an individual basis. Shipping address must be within the United States.

Processing and Delivery Time | Normal processing time on orders is two business days, however there maybe circumstances that delay processing time. Overnight shipping will be processed either the same day (orders before noon) or next day. Estimated delivery times from date of order are below: FedEx Overnight and USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days FedEx 2-day: 3-4 business days USPS Priority Mail: 4-6 business days FedEx Home delivery/Ground: 4-8 business days Free Shipping (orders over $195): 5-10 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses | Please verify all addresses!  Customers are responsible to all FedEx/USPS charges for incorrect addresses.

Shipping Weight | listed on each product page is a "shipping weight".  This is the weight of the item, plus all packing materials needed and box.  


STOCK | PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Back Order and Out of Stock | We try very hard to reflect our correct inventory on our website - but once in a while we have to back order items.  We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.  We also try to list on this site when out of stock items will be available.  If they are on order, and expected soon, we will offer them as "Preorder".

Preorder | If you add an item to your shopping cart that you are purchasing on a "Preorder" basis, please note that your entire order will ship when your preorder arrives.  If you would like the other available items right away, it is best to make two separate orders.  


RETURNS | We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality products you purchase from this site. Please emailor call us with any defective product packaging or other concerns as soon as possible. Note: Once open, food items can not be returned. Unopened food returns are handled on an individual basis. Replacement item, restocking fee, or store credit may apply.


SALES TAX | Wisconsin residents must pay 5.5% sales tax on taxable goods, such as: sparkling water, juice, candy, etc. All other grocery items are tax-free.


SALES/SPECIALS | All sales and specials are "while supplies last" unless otherwise noted.
