Today the Fiasconaro Brothers own a company that bears their name: Fausto manages the marketing sector, Martino runs the administration and Nicola is the first confectioner to have won many awards.
Fiasconaro's Colomba Nocciole is made with soft dough, raisins, and topped with icing and hazelnuts - and handwrapped in beautiful paper.
