1. Where can I find the Alternate Address option or Gift Wrapping?

Both the Alternate Address option and Gift Wrapping can be found in many different places: "Gift Sets and Wrapping" on the left sidebar menu, "Make it a gift" under the "Shopping" button on the top bar menu, as links on many of our product pages...and of course...you can find them right here as well!

2. When should I use the Alternate Address shipping option?

You only need to use the Alternate Address option when you are shipping items from your order to more than one address.  With a flat discounted rate, you will save money with our Alternate Address option as compared to placing a new order for each shipping address.  Note:  You must also add the items that you want shipped to your shopping cart.  The links on the product pages only add the additional address/shipping charge.

 

During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide us a billing address and a shipping address. If you want your full order to ship to one address (regardless if it is your address or a gift recipient) put that address in during your checkout. You WOULD NOT need to use our Alternate Address option.  Here are some examples to help clarify:

Example #1: All the items in your shopping cart are a gift for your friend.  You don't need anything sent to another address.  During checkout, use your billing address and your friend's name and address as the shipping address.  You do not need to use our Alternate Address option.

Example #2:  You are purchasing three items for yourself and two items that you want sent to your brother for a gift.  Add one Alternate Address to your shopping cart for your brother's gift.  Remember to provide us with your brother's name, full mailing address, and what two items you want sent in the box provided.  During checkout, use your billing address and your shipping address.  (We will send the remaining three items to that address inserted during checkout.)

Example #3: You are purchasing three gifts for your three sister-in-laws.  After you have items in your cart, add one Alternate Address option for sister-in-law #1.  Remember to include her name, full mailing address and what item(s) from your cart should be sent.  Add another Alternate Address to your cart for sister-in-law #2.  Remember to include her name, full mailing address and what item(s) from your cart should be sent.  During checkout, use your billing address and use sister-in-law #3 name and address for the shipping address.  (The remaining items not "attached" to the two Alternate Addresses - sister-in-law's #1 & #2 - will be sent to the shipping address provided during checkout - sister-in-law #3.)

 

  

3. What if I want the gift that I'm sending to an Alternate Address wrapped?

Not a problem...you will find a link for gift wrapping directly on the Alternate Address page and we also have a link for Alternate Addresses on our Gift Wrap page.  Using the same examples as above, here is how to add gift wrapping on all the gifts. 

(Note: We will complimentary wrap any gift over $50.  See Question #4 below for details.)

Example #1: All the items in your shopping cart are a gift for your friend.  You don't need anything sent to another address.  Add Gift Wrap to your cart and remember to include your personalized message in the box provided.  During checkout, use your billing address and your friend's name and address as the shipping address.  You do not need to use the Alternate Address option.

Example #2:  You are purchasing three items for yourself and two items that you want sent to your brother for a gift.  You will need to add one "Gift Wrap" and one  "Alternate Address" to your shopping cart for your brother's gift.  Remember to provide us with your brother's name, full mailing address, what two items you want sent, and your personalized message in the boxes provided.  During checkout, use your billing address and your shipping address.  (We will send the remaining three items to that address inserted during checkout.)

Example #3: You are purchasing three gifts for your three sister-in-laws.  Add three separate Gift Wrap options to your cart for all of your sister-in-law's.  Remember to include name, items to include, and personalized message for each in the box provided.  Add two separate Alternate Address options to your cart for your first two sister-in-law's.  Remember to include name and full mailing address in the box provided.  During checkout, use your billing address and use your third sister-in-law's name and address for the shipping address.  (The remaining items not "attached" to the two Alternate Addresses - sister-in-law's #1 & #2 - will be sent to the shipping address provided during checkout - sister-in-law #3.)

  

4. My gifts are over $50, aren't they wrapped for free?

Yes!  All gifts over $50 have the option of complimentary gift wrapping.  Most items that qualify for free shipping have a box for you to type your personalized message - signaling us that your want that item wrapped.  All our gift sets also come with complimentary shipping regardless of price.  In both of these cases, just add the "alternate address" option if needed. (Same as examples in Question #1)

If you are putting items together on your own, and are not prompted on any of the item pages to add complimentary wrapping, you can add it on your own under our Gift Wrap category.  Just make sure your gift total is $50 or more.  Select the complimentary gift wrapping.  Add Alternate address separately if needed as in Question #1.

 

  

5.  What if I inadvertently make a mistake?

Don't worry, our Customer Service Team is very professional and understand the importance of your gift(s).  You will be contacted via email in regards to anything that might be in question or unclear on your order.
