Free shipping on all orders over $200!  Reduced shipping for all orders over $150!

Currently we ship to: United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.  Additional charges may apply for orders in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. 

All items are currently shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground.  Packages cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Our shipping costs are based on UPS/FedEx shipping charges and packaging supply costs.  IL MERCATO ITALIANO does not charge handling fees.

Processing & Delivery Time

 		  

We try to get all orders processed and picked up by the shipping carrier within 2-4 business days of the order date.   However, there are circumstances where processing time may be longer (up to 5/6 bus. days), however all orders with in the continental United States will be delivered within our shipping guarantee of 7-11 business days. 

Carrier delivery time ranges from 1 to 4 days depending on distance.  (Longer time may occur for locations outside the continental United States.)

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the quality products you purchase from this site.  Please email, fax or call us toll free with any defective product packaging or other concerns as soon as possible. 

Note: Once open, food items can not be returned.  Unopened food returns are handled on an individual basis.  Replacement item or restocking fee may apply.
