CHESTNUT honey | is a deep, robust, and slightly bitter honey, that is ideal with salty cheeses, in sauces, savory dishes, in cakes and even drizzled on a piece of toast.
WILD BLOSSOM honey | is made from a mixture of wildflowers that bloom in July. Dark in color with a mild sweetness, it is the ideal table honey drizzled into tea, over yogurt, and served with fresh cheeses like ricotta.
