Sabadi's Cino bar is subtle and bittersweet at first and then all of a sudden, the peperoncino appears! This organic, gluten free bar is produced with 60% cacao and peperoncino is grown in spice gardens of Sri Lanka.
PRODUCER INFORMATION | The raw materials used by Sabadi are organic certified and come from fair trade producers with respect for small indigenous communities, the environment and biodiversity. Their chocolate is traditionally made according to the age-old Modica cold working process. Throughout the process the temperature never exceeds 45 degrees Celsius. In this way, all the cocoa’s unique and aromatic notes and the ingredients’ beneficial properties are fully preserved.
